Who we are

Velora is a balloon and event decor studio in the Helsinki metropolitan area. You can reach us using the contact details on our contact page.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we store what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event location and message.

Why we collect it

We use these details to answer your request, plan your order and contact you about it. The legal basis is your request for a quote (steps before a contract, GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

We delete requests that did not lead to an order within 12 months. For confirmed orders we keep the details for as long as Finnish accounting law requires.

Who processes it

Our website runs on Google Firebase, with data stored in the European Union. We do not sell or share your details, and this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
